What makes cannabis sativa seed oil so extraordinary?

Our medicinal strain of cannabis sativa seed oil contains 80% EFAs (essential fatty acids) — the most balanced and richest natural source of EFAs on the planet. That's more than any other plant on Earth! And as one of the best food sources available, it’s nature’s gift to people and animals.

Will I get high?

No. While containing trace amount of THC, Med Marijuana and our other products have no psychoactive properties whatsoever for people and animals.

Will I fail a drug screening test?

Several studies have shown that the chances of obtaining a false-positive drug test is unlikely, based on the trace levels of THC present in our products. Many of our clients (i.e. oil & gas workers, truck drivers, construction workers, etc.) work for zero-tolerance companies and are subject to random drug testing. No one has ever tested positive.

How long will it take to experience the benefits?
Generally, people experience results within the first 1 to 3 months. Some people, however, report results within days or weeks. Because these are natural products, we do ask that you please be patient and don't give up before 3 months.

Animals typically have results sooner than humans. We often hear of results within days to weeks.

Do I need a prescription for any of these products?

No. You do not need a prescription for any of our products. The next question explains why.

Can I overdose?
No. There are no side effects. Our products are a safe and natural health alternative containing the complete Omega profile in a balanced blend to perfectly meet our body’s needs and uptake abilities.

Will I get addicted?
No. Our products have no addictive properties at all.

Will these products interfere with any of my medications?
No. They will not interfere with any medications. However, if you are on insulin or blood thinners, please have your doctor monitor your dosing as the oil may require some people to reduce the dose of their medication (which would be fantastic).

What is the difference between the Med Marijuana Seed Oil and hemp oil?

- Not to be confused with industrial hemp oil, our oil is customized from seeds specifically selected by Med Marijuana for their unique medicinal properties.

- The soil used is most conducive to the seeds chosen.

- Med Marijuana’s stock is grown only for beneficial purposes.

- Our oil is a complete omega profile – Omega 3, 6 & 9 in perfect balance.

- Our oil is non-GMO and is pesticide/herbicide free.

- The processing environment is 100% controlled. This means the oil is processed in a sterile, high tech, inert environment (no light, no oxygen, cool temperature). The reason for this is because the oil is very fragile and can metabolize very quickly when exposed to any heat source.

- Our oil has 8 Amino Acids required for life & optimal health, balanced in the proper proportions.

- The GLA (gamma linolenic acid) factor is customized and is higher than current standards for any other Cannabis Seed Oil currently manufactured.

What are the legalities concerning these products?

Our products are legal and are Health Canada approved and are batch tested following processing for THC according to Health Canada protocol for THC analysis found in the Industrial Hemp technical manual. We are pleased to report the concentration of THC in all our products is “non detected”. All of these products are 100% Canadian from Stephen Health Agency Inc. Stephen Health Agency became an incorporated company on September 8th, 2006. They are Canadian owned and operated, and are based in Nova Scotia. Stephen Health Agency Inc. had a profound belief in the power of hemp long before the Industrial Hemp Regulations were passed in Canada, March 2nd 1998. At last, a truly natural remedy was available to assist our communities. Until the 1920s, marijuana/cannabis was freely available. High THC cannabis is still illegal unless sanctioned by the Canadian Government for medicinal use only. Stephen Health Agency Inc.’s Med Marijuana division is legally allowed to process and distribute low THC content to the general public. In 1998, an order in council was passed in Canada permitting Cannabis Hemp to be grown legally as long as the THC (psycho active component) was less than 10 ppm (parts per million). This amount of THC (delta 9 cannabinoid) will not give any euphoric effect. Over a period of time, Stephen Health Agency Inc. selected a federally licensed grower whose crop is randomly checked throughout the growing cycle to ensure it’s within the law. Med Marijuana uses federally certified Cannabis Hemp seeds, designed to provide the highest nutritional value. Stephen Health Agency Inc. grows a fresh crop every year, and at each harvest it’s again inspected to ensure THC content does not bypass government regulations. Health Canada at that juncture issues a certificate allowing Stephen Health Agency Inc.’s grower to release the harvest to them. Their product then goes through several micro-biological testings at many different phases until the completion of their finished product. Med Marijuana does not offer high THC Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil.
